What happened to Clubs?
Unfortunately, we will be stopping support for Clubs in the near future. This will allow us to better focus our efforts on ensuring that Archer’s Toolbox is the best that it can possibly be.

How do I request to delete my data or account?
If you would like to delete your data or account, this can be requested in the app. To delete your data and account, please follow the below:
- Go to Profile
- Select ‘Delete Account’ from the menu
- Tap ‘Delete account’ button
- Confirm account deletion.
What versions of Android and iOS are supported by Archer’s Toolbox?
To run the app, you will need either Android 9 or later, or iOS 13 or later for Apple devices. If you are running an older operating system, please update it to ensure the app works as smoothly as possible.
How do I report bugs or share suggestions to imporve Archer’s Toolbox?
We are always looking to improve Archer’s Toolbox – so if you happen to come across a bug, please email us at support@archerstoolbox.com.
If possible, please include what phone and operating system you are using, as well as screenshots or recordings of the issue. This makes it much easier for us to understand the issue and where the problem may lie. We will look into the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I import data from any other Archery apps?
Unfortunately, not at the moment.
We will be looking to add this feature in the future, but at the moment we are afraid we are not supporting this. However, for any updates and news about Archer’s Toolbox, either follow us on our socials or watch this space!

What countries is Archer’s Toolbox available in?
At the moment Archer’s Toolbox is only available to download in the UK.
However, making Archer’s Toolbox available internationally is one of our top priorities right now, so expect further news on this very shortly.
